Meira Welt-Maarek teaches Talmud at Beit Midrash Arevot under the auspices of the Sephardic Educational Center in Jerusalem. Recently completed a Clinical Pastoral Education unit from the Schwartz Center, providing halakhic & spiritual guidance alongside a hospital rabbi, as well as accompanying dementia patients and those struggling with mental health. She is a graduate of Drisha’s Scholars Circle, Shalom Hartman Institute & the Women’s Institute of Halakhic Leadership at Midreshet Lindenbaum.
